The Liberal Democrats are standing up for the thousands of residents stuck in potentially worthless and unsafe homes as the Government drags its feet on post-Grenfell safety works to dangerous cladding.
Liberal Democrats have been standing up for leaseholders across London in their battle against unsafe homes and financial ruin.
More than three years after the tragic fire at Grenfell, there are still over 2,000 buildings with flammable and dangerous cladding in London.
Residents in blocks without cladding are also trapped in potentially unsafe homes they are unable to sell, and leaseholders are being unfairly asked to foot the bill.
One of Luisa Porritt’s key priorities as Mayor will be to ensure that every Londoner has a safe, high quality, and affordable home.
Alongside London Assembly Member, Caroline Pidgeon, Luisa and the London Lib Dems will continue to take action and speak up for Londoners affected by this scandal.
Join them in demanding the Government takes action to end the cladding scandal by signing our petition.
